Salesboard User

The Salesboard user is the person that uses Salesboard App on the tablets or the Salesboard Management Area. It is normally represented by a Sales man or a representative. Managers and Team leaders use mostly the Management Area and they are also called Salesboard Users.

This is a list of personal data collected from a Salesboard User:

First and last nameTo identify the Sales Representative amongst colleagues in the Salesboard system.Salesboard Support Team, Managers, the User's Team Leaders and the User.This data is stored permanently on the Salesboard servers until the Salesboard account is deleted, or on customer request. When the user is removed we flag the user as deleted, disallowing login, but we continue to store this data on the backend for reporting purposes.Tablet data is erased when Sales Rep. deletes the application.

GPS locationThe GPS location of the Tablet Application is requested and collected in order to support the functionality of the Salesboard Leads features, e.g. filtering Leads and Avalilable Addresses arround 'my location', sorting by distance, resolving Address based on current location, etc.
The GPS location is also equally important for building meaningful reports to help Managers and Team Leaders gather insightful business information.

Event ActionsSpecific actions during the Sales Pitch are logged. The User ID, Team ID, timestamps, GPS and other details are associated with every such action. These is used to build meaningful reports to help Managers and Team Leaders to gather insightful business information.Managers, the User's Team Leaders and the User have access to a limited amount of processed Event Actions data, such as DataLayers reports, User activity, Leads actions and Sessions.
Only specific employees within the Salesboard Development Team have full access to all Event Actions data.
