If there's anyone in the Salesboard team who knows the system and users from inside out, it's the QA Manager. Any software update that is about to be pushed live will need to pass the QA Manager, who is responsible for the coordination and execution of internal testing.
The QA Manager will also have ownership of customer support tickets that have been forwarded by first line support, and will communicate directly with the customers about those tickets. Since the QA Manager knows both the customer and the system from back to forth, they will also work closely together with the team to define and manage the product roadmap and sprint backlog. Any spare time will be used for production of end-user documentation, FAQ's, how to videos and social media posts.
You have an analytical mind and you're a structured thinker. You're a social creature and you communicate well with both techies and sales reps. You can translate complex situations into language that everybody understands. You are critical but you can also motivate others to go the extra mile. You're a good writer and storyteller.
