Do you love to make customers happy? As a Customer Success Representative, you will be in touch with our customers every day. You are responsible for maintaining and constantly improving our customers’ satisfaction. Your goal is to make and keep our customers happy, by offering help and support during the complete customer journey.

You will handle the first line support via telephone and our helpdesk system. Your goal is to classify incoming issues and try to solve them yourself. You allocate more complex service issues to the development team and keep the customer up to date about the progress. Since you understand the importance of Salesboard for our customers you are able to prioritise issues internally and manage the client’s expectations based on this.

Our worldwide customer base is rapidly growing. When a new customer is enrolled, you will help and support setting up the Salesboard application. Since you are the expert, you will make them feel they are in safe hands. You will implement a part of the app yourself via our Content Management System.

You are the expert of our product and based on the frequent contact you have with our customers you know better than anyone else how they use Salesboard, what works for them and which challenges they might encounter. Based on those insights you will optimise the on-boarding process of our customers by creating FAQ’s, instruction videos and how-to’s’.

About you

You are a social and easy going person and will make sure our customers feel at ease. You are analytical and some technical knowledge is a plus. Based on this knowledge, you will help implement new projects and solve issues for existing customers. You are able to prioritise problems and inquiries and recognise potential new business. You’re pragmatic and love to work on multiple assignments simultaneously, without losing the overview.

Education and experience

  • College degree.
  • Excellent Dutch and English language skills, both spoken and written
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • If you have experience in a service-oriented-business that’s a plus
  • You are eager to learn more and grow your skills and knowledge
